Crepes




Ingredients


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
-in a blender blend the eggs and milk and oil/butter
-add salt and sugar and blend some more

-add the flour a bit at a time and then blend some more
-in a non stick pan on medium low heat cook the crepes

(no need to add any oil or butter to the pan)
