Turkish flatbread
Ingredients
-500g flour
-2 tbsp yeast
-1 tsp salt
-150ml warm water
-150ml warm milk
-3 tbsp olive oil
Method
-mix all together
-cover and let sit for one hour
-divide into 6 and cook in pan over medium high heat (7.5) for about 6 minutes
